level 3 manuscript

I am in between jobs of labor at present, and unable to afford the last 2 manuscripts offered. how much does that affect my opportunity and progress to keep moving forward? the Forces of Nature are calling, but my common sense tells me to wait until I can better afford it, and hope my chance will come again. Have been enjoying the nightly meetings on webcast. Thanks.
