This delay has been remedied and I am continuously absorbing and assimilating consciously separating Wallace(philo.) & Hamilton(appl.),understanding reasons behind this fully. Thank you for being my mentor.
The Level 3 lesson is very timely for me. My development group is in the process of finishing the Business Plan and feasibility study for our planned upscale Independent Living and Assisted Living Facility in Central Florida. Our business plan is geared towards soliciting investors who would like to invest $3-5M to add to our $3M that we will use as down payment when applying for a 70% LTV loan. With the power of the Level 3 lessons and the 10-second miracle, I was able to write our VISION in a way that the prospective investor would clearly see what we are trying to do. It is patterned after “Cathy’s” paradise concept.
Question? As my mentor, would it be part of the mentorship for you to review what I wrote and give me your input?
